Returns & Exchanges

Unused items accompanied by a receipt may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price, not including shipping costs. No returns on clearance items. Special orders may be exchanged for in-store credit only, no refunds.

Shipping

At this time Madison Jane only ships to the United States. We use US Priority Mail to ship your purchases. Estimated shipping time is 3-7 days. We will ship your items out within 48 hours of purchase. We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the dispatch of your goods.

Shipping charges are based on the product total of your purchase.  The amounts are as follows:

Product Total ($0 - $25) = $4.95
Product Total ($26 - $50) = $7.95
Product Total ($51 - $75) = $9.95
Product Total ($76 - $150) = $12.95
Product Total ($151 - $300) = $14.95
Product Total ($300 or More) = FREE
Pick up Order at Store for FREE

If we feel that the shipping amount charged to your card is more than the total weight of your order we will issue you a partial refund for the difference.

Product Details

Goods are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock when we receive the order, we will inform the customer and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. We display as accurately as possible the true colors of the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that this will represent the true color of the product on delivery as the colors that you see depend on your monitor's display and your personal representation of colors. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.
